Outline of the skills and drills clinic

The clinics are run once a week for 2 hours.  Here's the break down of the weekly clinics.

• 15 minutes of warming up stretching
• 10-15 minutes of endurance
• 30 minutes of skills and drills training
• 30 minutes scrimmage
• 10-15 minutes of endurance
• 15 minutes of cool down stretching
